Terms of Service

1. Definitions

NexDriver: licensed NCC operator based in Milan, Italy. Client: the individual or legal entity requesting the service. Service: private pre-booked transport (Noleggio Con Conducente) under Italian Law 21/1992.

2. Nature of the NCC Service

NexDriver operates as a licensed NCC (Noleggio Con Conducente) provider under Italian Law no. 21 of 15 January 1992. The service is available by pre-booking only and is distinct from the taxi service. The vehicle is garaged at the operator's registered premises.

3. Booking and Confirmation

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of written confirmation from NexDriver by email or SMS. Online quotes are indicative; the final fare is confirmed before departure. NexDriver reserves the right to decline bookings that exceed its operational capacity.

4. Fares and Payment

Fares include driver, fuel, motorway tolls, and VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment is made in cash at the end of the journey or by advance bank transfer. Corporate clients may arrange monthly invoicing.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation more than 24 hours before: no charge.
• Cancellation between 12 and 24 hours before: 30% of the agreed fare.
• Cancellation within 12 hours or no-show: 100% of the agreed fare.

6. Liability

NexDriver is responsible for the transport within the limits established by applicable law. NexDriver is not liable for delays caused by exceptional traffic, adverse weather, strikes, or force majeure. For flight or train arrivals, the driver waits up to 60 minutes beyond the agreed time at no extra charge.

7. Client Obligations

The client agrees to: provide accurate information at booking; be punctual at the agreed time; not carry illegal or dangerous substances; respect the vehicle and the driver. Smoking on board is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by Italian law. The Court of Milan has exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
