A private driver (or NCC, Noleggio Con Conducente in Italian) is a pre-booked car service with a dedicated driver and a fare agreed before the trip, which does not change once confirmed. Unlike a taxi, which usually runs on a meter and can be hailed on the street, a private driver is booked in advance. The advantage: no meter running, no surprises, a professional driver waiting for you. NexDriver is a fully licensed operator, registered with the Italian Chamber of Commerce. Yes. We operate Mercedes E-Class and S-Class sedans and the Mercedes V-Class minivan (up to 6–7 passengers) with a large luggage area. For larger groups or special requests (child seats, etc.) just mention it in the "special requests" field when you book.
Do you provide child seats? +
Yes. Child seats are available on request: just mention them when you book, in the special requests field or on WhatsApp.
Can you issue an invoice? +
Yes. An electronic invoice with VAT is available on request: give us the company name, VAT number and billing code when you book.
What is your cancellation policy? +
Cancelling more than 48 hours before pickup is free, and any deposit you paid is refunded. If you cancel later or do not show up, we keep the deposit (only when one was requested) and charge nothing else. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
