What is the fastest way to reach NexDriver? +
WhatsApp. Messages go straight to the person who runs the bookings and are normally answered within minutes during operating hours, with a fare confirmed in the same conversation. Phone and email reach the same place if you prefer them.
Are you available at night and on public holidays? +
Yes. NexDriver operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including public holidays. Night and early-morning airport runs are booked the same way as any other transfer, and the fare is agreed in advance rather than surcharged on the day.
Which payment methods do you accept? +
Cash, credit and debit cards, bank transfer, Google Pay and Apple Pay. The fare agreed before departure is the final amount: tolls, ZTL charges, fuel and meet-and-greet are already included in it.
Do I need to know my flight number to book an airport transfer? +
It helps. We track arrivals by flight number, so if the flight is delayed the driver's timing moves with it and the waiting time is already covered by the fare. Send it with your booking message and there is nothing further to do.
