Analytics: improving user experience via Google Analytics statistics — only if you accept analytics cookies via our cookie banner.

4. Legal Basis

Processing is based on: performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

5. Data Recipients

Data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing. It may be shared with technical service providers strictly necessary for service delivery (e.g. email platforms), acting as data processors under Art. 28 GDPR. If you accept analytics cookies via our cookie banner, anonymised browsing data is also processed by Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics) as a data processor.

6. Retention Period

Booking data is retained for 10 years to comply with tax and civil law obligations. Data from unanswered quote requests is deleted within 12 months.
