The Milan–Venice railway line stops at Desenzano-Sirmione and Peschiera del Garda, but the train departs from Milano Centrale, not from Linate. You first need to reach the station (about 30–40 minutes from the airport including the transfer and waiting), and once you arrive at the lake you still need a local taxi or bus for the last stretch to your hotel.
