How is the fare on this page calculated? +
The fare shown is an indicative starting price ("from € X"), based on the published fare for your route or on the real road distance between your pickup point and destination. The final price depends on date, time and availability, and we confirm it when we reply to your request. Once confirmed, that price does not change.
What is included in the price? +
Every NexDriver fare is all-inclusive: the driver, fuel, motorway tolls, ZTL charges and VAT are all covered, along with meet-and-greet with a name sign for airport pickups. There is no meter and no surcharge added afterwards.
What happens if my flight is delayed? +
Add your flight number in the 'Flight Number' field when you book. We track the flight by that number and adjust the pickup time to the actual landing time. Waiting time is included, so a delayed arrival does not cost you extra.
My flight lands just before midnight: which date should I book? +
Book the actual pickup date. If your flight arrives at 23:35 and you are collected after midnight, that is the following day. Add your flight number in the 'Flight Number' field as well: we track the flight by that number and adjust the pickup time to the actual landing, so a delay does not cost you anything.
How quickly is my booking confirmed? +
You receive official confirmation within 15 minutes of sending your request. Sending the form is a booking request, not a charge. Nothing is finalised until we confirm your agreed price back to you.
Which vehicle will I travel in? +
A Mercedes V-Class, seating up to 6–7 passengers with room for large luggage. It is the vehicle used across all the agreed fares published on this page.
Can I book for an early morning or late night transfer? +
